A trampoline for grown-ups
Compare single-jumper limits, usable space and ownership costs. A big static-load number is not a jumping allowance.

Honest about the limits.
We research manufacturer specifications and explain the trade-offs. We do not claim hands-on testing we have not done, promise medical benefits or call a trampoline injury-proof.

Before the first bounce
Can the whole family jump together?
Take turns. One jumper at a time reduces collision and double-bounce risks. A large trampoline, enclosure or high load rating does not make simultaneous jumping safe. Supervise children and prevent unsupervised access.
Does an in-ground trampoline remove the risks?
No. Landing at ground level does not eliminate injury risk. Excavation, drainage, ventilation, clearances and the manufacturer’s enclosure requirements need careful planning.
Is a rebounder suitable for everyone?
Suitability depends on the person, equipment and activity. Follow the manual. If you have balance difficulties, a health condition, an injury or concerns about exercise, seek individual advice from a qualified clinician before starting.
For independent injury-prevention guidance, see Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s trampoline safety advice. Keep flips and somersaults out of home recreation.
